Tayaria Competition Rules: Mobile Movie Kit Giveaway
Competition Format
1.- The Users must be fans of Tayaria’s Official Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/kitloongtayaria/
2.- The Users must follow the page, share the post and tag 3 friends and like at least 1 post from between December 1st and December 31st 2020.
3.- The deadline for the competition closes on the 31st of December at 23:59.
4.- The draw will be made via the application Sortea2 (www.sortea2.com).
5.- The winner(s) must claim the prize(s) within a period of 5 days following the announcement of the winners, sending a private message by Facebook to the page or responding to the promotion post. In the case the winner(s) doesn’t claim the prize in this period, the prize(s) will be passed to an alternative winner, who then must claim the prize in a period of 8 days following the announcement of the winner(s).
Competition Rules
1.- All participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in Malaysia.
2.- The participation period for the competition is from the launch until 23:59 on the 31st of December 2020. This period can be extended or reduced by Tayaria. Any such alteration to the participation period will be notified and stated in the page that contains the promotion.
Competition Conditions
1.- The winner and the alternate will be published on the Facebook page in a maximum of 7 days following the closure of the participation period.
2.- Tayaria reserves the right to remove participants whose profiles are considered to be potentially fraudulent, such as those that contain no profile picture, personal information or are used principally for participation in competitions or contests.
3.- Tayaria reserves the right to reject or disqualify participants that violate the privacy rights or dignity of the other participants or members of the page.
4.- Tayaria Employees and the companies involved in the organisation of this competition will not be able to participate.
5.- The winners will waive their image rights to Tayaria to publish photos delivering the prize in press releases, online spaces and the social media profiles of the Company, in the case that the Company decides to do so.
6.- Tayaria reserves the right to modify the competition conditions for reasons external to the Company that makes it necessary to do so.
7.- Tayaria remains exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants.
8.- Tayaria declares that Facebook has no relation nor responsibility in this competition.
9.- Tayaria’s decision on the winner is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Prize
1.- The prize is a Netflix gift card of RM100, a mobile phone projector and wireless headphones that will be delivered to the winner(s) with validity in Malaysia.
2.- This prize is non-transferrable and can not be substituted for money in cash nor for any other prize, unless stipulated by Tayaria for reasons external to the organisation.
3.- Tayaria reserves the right to change the prize and or offer an alternative prize of equal or superior value in the case that unforeseen circumstances occur.
4.- Tayaria reserves the right to cancel or alter the rules of the competition at any given moment without advise. By continuing to participate in the competition following the changing of any part of the rules, the participant agrees to be bound by these changes.
5.- Participation assumes that the participants have accepted the legal bases of competition.
Privacy Policy
The database generated by this competition will be stored and managed by Tayaria for commercial use.
